FIFA World Cup 2022™
This summer, we’re taking our Global Test Drive campaign to over 40 countries to share the news about our Goal of the Century.
In most of the participating countries, you will be able to Test Drive one of our eco-friendly electric or hybrid vehicles. We will also be running several other campaigns to get people involved with Team Century and helping us to score our Goal of the Century: a united world for sustainability.
To take part in the Test Drive campaign and be in with a chance of winning tickets to the FIFA World Cup™ you need to complete 3 steps:
1) Find and visit your nearest participating dealership
2) Go for a test drive
3) Sign up to become a Team Century Supporter.
By becoming a Team Century Supporter, you will be subscribed to our Goal of the Century newsletter and we will keep you updated about all our events, activities and announcements in the lead up to the FIFA World Cup™. Once you’ve completed all three steps, you will be in with a chance of winning our exclusive tickets.
The winners will be invited to Doha, Qatar during the group match period for the 4 days of hospitality program including a match view and sightseeing.

As we push towards our Goal of the Century, we are uniting the world for sustainability. That’s why we’re going even further and partnering up with Common Goal – the world’s leading social movement in football. Teaming up for sustainability with Common Goal, we will create awareness and emphasize the importance of solidarity for building a sustainable planet – we are all in this together.
Together with Common Goal we share the belief that football is one of the few cultural forces that can help shift society towards a more sustainable and equitable society for all to ensure a better future for generations to come. Therefore, we are pledging 1% of this year’s FIFA World CupTM sponsorship fee to Common Goal.
The 1% pledge also includes the license and project fee for ‘Team Century’. Moreover, we, Hyundai, will donate some of our eco-friendly vehicles to Common Goal under the name of Team Century Supporters to contribute to football for sustainable movement. However, our pledge is about more than 1%. It is about creating a better future for people and our planet –through football.
For us, sustainability means more than just making a greener tomorrow. It means thinking about the future of our planet. We want to inspire and encourage people to start acting. Team up with Hyundai and Common Goal for sustainability!

To celebrate the opening of the FIFA World Cup 2022 ™, we are using art, football, and history to bring people from around the world together for the Goal of the Century.
Firstly, we are thrilled to showcase a sculpture created by Team Century member Lorenzo Quinn at the FIFA Fan Festival™ from 16 November 2022. The sculpture, called “The Greatest Goal”, is a literal representation of the moment when football players link arms in solidarity. But it also reflects the power of this historical event in bringing people together from around the world.
We will also be hosting a major exhibition at the FIFA Museum at Al Bidda Park, located in the centre of Doha. The exhibition titled “Goals Create History” recalls the greatest goals seen throughout World Cup history while providing a space for football fans from around the world to unite for sustainability and recognize the importance of achieving this greater goal for humanity.
